Berlin Social Science Center (WZB)
Lena Ulbricht is a research fellow at the project group The Internet Policy Field of the Berlin Social Science Center (WZB). Her current project focuses on regulation in the big data society. Her research interests are education and science policy, security and governance research. She graduated from the Free University of Berlin and Sciences Po Paris. She has worked for the OECD, the President of the WZB and the German Commission of Experts for Research and Innovation. She recently finished a thesis on policy diffusion in the German Federal states at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
